• Those big blowsy, peony-like blooms of blush pink flower on strong stems so it’s an excellent choice for growing in a border or a patio container
• As it’s also one of the latest flowering tulips it’s a good choice for growing mixed amongst some earlier flowering varieties
• Different to single tulips, double tulips produce row upon row of petals to form flowers that are almost peony-like in appearance
• Double Tulip Angelique is also a great choice to grow in order to use for cut flowers, particularly since it is a scented tulip
