You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. This gives you ample time to inspect your items and ensure they meet your gardening expectations.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Care Team
Before returning any items, please email our gardening enthusiasts at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product name and quantity you wish to return
- Reason for return or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Return Authorization
Within 24 hours on business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Please do not send items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Please return items in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation. Ensure bulbs are sealed and gardening tools are properly protected.
Step 4: Ship to Our Glasgow Address

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

- Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process above. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item using your preferred shipping method. Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and quality of our gardening products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Flower Bulbs (including A-Z Bulbs, Allium Bulbs, Amaryllis Bulbs, Daffodil Bulbs, and Bulb Collections) – Due to their perishable nature and seasonal viability
- Opened Bulb Gift Packs – Once opened, we cannot guarantee their quality
- Used Gardening Tools – Cultivating Tools, Digging Tools, and Cutting Tools that show signs of use
- Assembled Garden Furniture – Bistro Sets, Dining Sets, Lounge Sets, and Seating that has been assembled
